Terrible, just does not explain anything at all App is very sensitive even when you have green lights on all four corners a message comes up “ please scan again” and until you scan the front of the passport you cannot go forward, absolute nightmare

I started the process on my laptop and only used my iPhone when I got to the point of scanning the QR code.
I had no issues with scanning the QR code or the information page. However, I really struggled to locate/scan the chip in my passport cover. After several attempts I rang the help desk. The lines were busy but I was able to leave a message and they called me back.
Once I understood better what I needed to do, I had no problem at all. The chip scanned, I was able to scan my face with no problems and my form has now been submitted.
Granted, with slightly better instructions on the website/app the process could have been quicker (hence 4 stars), but it was easy once I had my phone in the correct position.
Give it a go, but if you get stuck don’t wait as long as I did to contact the help desk!Show lessMT-JMic

QR code issue
I see a lot of people are struggling with this issue and so was I. I contacted the help team and they were quick to reply. I wasn’t seeing a QR code because I was completing the application on my phone. As soon as I opened it up on my laptop the QR code was visible. It should appear just after you see the tips on using the app. Hope this helps.Show lessSB_420

I have deleted and reinstalled app three times as it will not open. I am using an iPhone XR that’s is up-to-date. Very frustrating trying to use this poor application. No star rating.Worker1111111111
