Bad service
Do not use this. I tried them for an expensive item and after UPS delivered it, both the actual location drop off point and Bounce customer service had no answer for where my package went after about 36 hours. The customer service is also awful - they advertise an “under 4 minutes response time” on their chat service, but after trying two separate times on two separate browsers there was never a response. Had to go to e-mail to get a response, but there has been nothing about my missing package. I unfortunately already have a second item heading there way, and I’m desperately trying to cancel it or change the shipping address to a better service.Show lessTERRIBLE
they will do absolutely nothing to help you when your packages aren’t delivered or stolen. And to be very clear, the carrier tried to deliver to the bounce location MULTIPLE times but they just weren’t open. No notice and no further explanation of when they would reopen. 30+ days later I am still trying to get my package with no help cause bounce claims they hold no responsibilityShow lessDeveloper Response
