Love being able to play back video files and see the transcript at the same time. Most note taking apps are audio only so I really appreciate this feature when reviewing my classes.

Sincerely, Chad (Student Support Ambassador).I have note accommodations through my college. I was excited to use the app despite the bad reviews, and just like everyone I was left disappointed. There are many glitches with all 3 electronic devices that I used. I tried my phone, iPad, and computer yet they all failed to either record properly, deliver my professional notes, and/or transcribe the audio. I asked one of the workers for help, and they said i’d get an email of my professional notes quickly, but it’s been 5 days and I have yet to receive anything. I will not be using this app again and I hope people don’t use this app because it’s not a reliable source especially if you’re relying on it for school.

Making me lose content had I used my own recording device. Unable to transfer my files from my usb into their uploads. It will either say its working on it and never upload or simply upload 2 minutes out of the 50 minute recording I know is in the file. . The app is said to be a better version of the previous NTE services for uploading/recording of lectures and request of notes from said uploads, yet I have not once had a successful use of any of their services. I don’t understand why my school (which I get the notes services accomodations from/by) is paying for a severe downgrade and ultimately a disservice to us students who benefit from note taking support.

Sincerely, Chad (Student Support Ambassador).this was recommended to me as part of accommodations from my university. sadly, it’s just not a well-functioning app. sometimes i can’t sign in, sometimes the files won’t upload, and sometimes it takes more than 48 hours to receive my notes. their support team has done little to alleviate these problems, and the messenger pigeon experience has been so bad that my university decided to terminate the contract they have with messenger pigeon. if a state university deems this software to be worthless, so should you. do NOT waste your time.

With respect to not meeting your turnaround time, we were certainly experiencing a higher demand for notes at the beginning of the semester which caused some delays but I’m happy to report that we're back on track and delivering notes on time.
