Very Dissapointed
The app shut down on me midst a lecture thus only getting afew minutes and not opening afterwards. Making me lose content had I used my own recording device. Unable to transfer my files from my usb into their uploads. It will either say its working on it and never upload or simply upload 2 minutes out of the 50 minute recording I know is in the file. . The app is said to be a better version of the previous NTE services for uploading/recording of lectures and request of notes from said uploads, yet I have not once had a successful use of any of their services. I don’t understand why my school (which I get the notes services accomodations from/by) is paying for a severe downgrade and ultimately a disservice to us students who benefit from note taking support.

horrible, horrible, and more horrible
this was recommended to me as part of accommodations from my university. sadly, it’s just not a well-functioning app. sometimes i can’t sign in, sometimes the files won’t upload, and sometimes it takes more than 48 hours to receive my notes. their support team has done little to alleviate these problems, and the messenger pigeon experience has been so bad that my university decided to terminate the contract they have with messenger pigeon. if a state university deems this software to be worthless, so should you. do NOT waste your time.

I’m using this app for my class and I still haven’t received any one my notes and I started school on Sep 5. I keep emailing and they still have fix it.
