It’s been quite a long time since I tried another option, but Gixen does everything I need. I even pay the subscription (completely voluntarily) because it’s so useful and has saved me so much money.
The only failures have been when I didn’t set my bid high enough and I lost an auction I really wanted to win :) But nothing Gixen can do about that!

Great app!
Very effective and user friendly app for winning eBay auctions. Only takes a few minutes to learn and won the first item I tried it on. Will definitely continue to use.
Another on bites the dust…
I like Gixen. Plug in the max price that you are willing to pay. Set yup a group of the same item to keep going until you get one at the price you want. Unlike a bud you can cancel at any time right up until the point when you have won. I have a very success rate.

Just started using Gixen, and the app is a big perk. Basic, easy to navigate. Completely satisfied so far.
Very basic, and very effective
The interface is a bit clunky, but the execution (for me, at least) has been flawless. I haven’t won every auction, of course, but my snipes have always been executed on time. The free version never failed, but the paid version is so cheap that I’ve upgraded to support the developer.
One niggle is that I can edit snipes in the iPad app, but don’t seem to be able to do so in the iPhone app. On my iPhone if I want to change something, then I have to delete the snipe and create a new one.

Been using it for years
Consistent and powerful. Saves you the stress of bidding at the last second and getting swept up between a bidding war. Been using the free version for years, and has saved me a lot of money. When the items I will bid on increase I’ll probably buy the service. Thank you app developer. Although, I should have signed up way back in the beginning when the app developer was just asking for a $1 for the redundant server services.

I’ve been paying for Gixen for years and using it (pre-app) for longer. It’s a great service that helps me organize my bids. I love the set-and-forget convenience of the app, the interface is easy to use and most importantly it just works as advertised. Like the title says, outside of buy-it-now, I use it for every EBay auction. Great app!
