I’ve enjoyed taking classes and integrating Jeff’s information into my life since 2016. I enjoyed the LightBody activation full 12 wk program and the way it built upon itself as far as the meditations, the chakras and consciousness informational aspects. However, my favorite part was and still is the breathing, prayers and meditations. The one most valuable take away for me, that I will do for the rest of my life from the LightBody activation app & program …is… the breathing 9,18 and 36 breaths per day -to stay in that amazing oxygenated full body -to the tippy toes vibrational state that opens everything up as well as the brain and facilitates life at a natural high physical level that lasts all day! So simple, available and profound!!! Thanks Jeff:)
