Getting Healthy!
If you are looking for a place to get healthy, relieve all your stress, and also to unlock your full human potential (mind, body and soul), you have come to the right place. I highly highly recommend the LightBody Activation/Breath Qigong Healing App. I have been a follower and big fan of Qigong Practitioner, Jeff Primack, for a long time. I usually go on Qigong.com and Vimeo and access all the Video On Demand Qigong videos and Breathing Exercises so I can follow along. However, now with this amazing App, I can literally take all my Qigong and breathing practices everywhere. It’s like having Jeff instructing you in person. I absolutely love it. It even has the Food Healing (food as medicine), “Conquering Any Disease,” and all my favorite books/tools for healing on the App. I am SO IN AWE of this App. I also took the Lightbody Activation program with Jeff, and EVERYTHING in this App is what it takes to activate your Lightbody. I have been a student of Jeff Primack for many years. Jeff has a unique way of sharing his knowledge which he’s obtained through many years of studies both from education and through God. I really appreciate his transparency and honesty as he shares who and where he’s learned from, ie: example, God, his own life experience, school, mentors and others.
There is so much information in the LightBody Activation Program, as well as the Qigong Teachings, Breath Empowerment, 9 Breath Method, access to all his books including his food healing video this app is PRICELESS!
I listen to the replays of his courses a lot. Now it’s right at my finger tips!

Beautifully Done, Very Thorough!
As a long-time student of Jeff Primack who did his Level 1 Qigong training in 2011 and his Level 3 LightBody Activation course in 2022, I have a deep appreciation of all the valuable content that’s packed into this app!
