I like being able to do this, but it’s a little difficult to work with it, specially, getting in the check in the right place

Quit Working on iPhone 7+ with Current Update iOS
Used the App on my iPhone 7+ that is updated when prompted by Apple. Today the App would not let me in because it said I needed to update the App. I refreshed the App in the App Store and it said that the App wouldn’t work with the updated version of IOS on my phone. My phone says I am running 15.8.3. The App Store says the App requires 16.1. I deleted the App from my phone and tried to reload the App. The reload noticed my IOS version and said it would upload an older version that was compatible. Tried to open the App and was told I had to update my IOS. Maddening! Horrible App Management! Now I can’t use my phone for my business banking needs. One more reason to leave F&M Bank.

NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR LOW VISION CUSTOMERS
This app will not accept any of the “use strong password options” nor will it “display as you enter” your chosen password. NOT ACCESSIBLE. For low vision customers, you might need another person to help you. I discovered I could type my password into Notes, then cooy and paste, but this is a known security flaw in most apps, so I am sure they will take that away eventually.

I walk in and they great me and know me. They know my dog my wife and my business. Exceptional service. They are a joy to bank with.

Transactions
Would like to see transaction automatically without having to make extra clicks to see what happing in my accounts. To many clicks are required to navigate the app with multiple accounts.

They are the best F&M bank in Concord! All of them!! They go above and beyond for their customers. I have been banking with them for years!!

Auto Populated Amounts
Thanks for streamlining the payment process!
I used to have to remember the amount I was trying to pay. And that was getting harder to do (short term memory LOL).

Much Improved
The improved Farmers & Merchants app is very much appreciated. Navigation is so much easier, and the dashboard was well designed. I didn’t change a thing. Thank you for continuing to improve it for our ease of use.

Love it!
This is the best app ever. It’s very easy to manage in between my accounts. I love that I can use my facial recognition on this app or my 4 digit code. Thank you F&M corporation for making this happen to be very manageable.
