Froze me out I can’t login
Update August 30, 2024 the verification code is still expired seconds after it is received. Three attempts today same result. The link in the email to contact the developer takes you to a manual page no way to contact directly

We understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to access your account. Occasionally, if there are multiple unsuccessful login attempts, our system may temporarily lock the account for security reasons. This lockout period can last up to 15 minutes after repeated attempts. Additionally, we recently switched our email service to Amazon SES, which may have inadvertently caused some verification emails to be delayed or missed. We are actively addressing this issue to ensure all our emails are delivered promptly. In the meantime, we suggest checking your spam or junk folder for the verification code. If you’re still unable to log in, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you further to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.
