We've resolved an issue impacting push notifications on some N88-series recorders. To continue receiving notifications, follow these steps: 1. Navigate to your recorder settings > Push Notifications 2. Disable the push notifications for your affected device 3. Re-enable notifications and then tap 'Save'.

App keeps crashing and closing

I leave this app open constantly to monitor the security cameras. The app consistently crashes on the iPad and will not stay open. Running the latest iOS 17 version. I was using the Lorax cloud app previously and never had an issue with this. It would stay open 24/7. Please fix the problem. Also, when I open the app after a couple hours, it revert back to the screen, and I have to click on the live button again. It should just default automatically to the last camera view
