Embarrassingly Bad
For the amount of money a person spends to get the Lorex system this app is embarrassingly bad. It constantly crashes when trying to load multiple cameras and often it can’t even load one camera. It’s borderline impossible to remote monitor your business from this app I’m not sure why Lorex can’t figure it out.Show lessDeveloper Response

I bought cameras that required the Pro version of the Lorex app. I have no way to set up areas within my camera to not set off a motion detection. I have found the menus and made changes but nothing is effective. Not a user friendly app at all.Developer Response

Please please allow motion events to be stored in the events section of the app, what I have realized is if you don’t click on the notification that comes through to your phone the event is not saved in the events list of the app, can this please be fixed as this is a big issue.
I have spoke to technical support already & they have told me it was a bug in the app they can’t fix.
