App keeps crashing and closing

I leave this app open constantly to monitor the security cameras. The app consistently crashes on the iPad and will not stay open. Running the latest iOS 17 version. I was using the Lorax cloud app previously and never had an issue with this. It would stay open 24/7. Please fix the problem. Also, when I open the app after a couple hours, it revert back to the screen, and I have to click on the live button again. It should just default automatically to the last camera view

Support only same WiFi area not caller data

Hi I used this for business site ,not working properly asking to connect with same network or WiFi,so from mobile app remotely is very bad .

Embarrassingly Bad

For the amount of money a person spends to get the Lorex system this app is embarrassingly bad. It constantly crashes when trying to load multiple cameras and often it can’t even load one camera. It’s borderline impossible to remote monitor your business from this app I’m not sure why Lorex can’t figure it out.

App Very Complicated

I bought cameras that required the Pro version of the Lorex app. I have no way to set up areas within my camera to not set off a motion detection. I have found the menus and made changes but nothing is effective. Not a user friendly app at all.

Events are being stored in events section

Please please allow motion events to be stored in the events section of the app, what I have realized is if you don’t click on the notification that comes through to your phone the event is not saved in the events list of the app, can this please be fixed as this is a big issue.

I have spoke to technical support already & they have told me it was a bug in the app they can’t fix.

Needs Updating - Worse than Lorex Cloud

Lorex Cloud broke for me on May 11th and stopped sending motion notifications. It wasn’t the greatest app but at least it functioned reliably for motion notifications. Lorex’s fix was to start using the Pro app, which does now notify me again, but doesn’t save a log of all events in the app. All things considered, this app functions a bit worse than Cloud. Please change it so that all motion events are captured in a single viewable list, regardless of whether or not you open the notification on your phone (currently seems to be the only way to get the app to capture an event). ALSO - please add the Live View option to the Home Screen, so no button taps are required to open the feeds.. you just open the app and see your cams, just like Cloud did. This worked way better on Cloud - you could open the app immediately after a notification and catch activity, with Pro it wastes valuable seconds in having to fiddle with button presses and subsequent loading times. We open the app to see feeds, not to waste time during an event that’s occurring. Many options from Cloud are not available here also. Would it be so hard to make an all-inclusive app for the diverse system it connects with? I spent almost $2,000 on my system, I think it’d be a good idea for you to perfect, Lorex. Just about the only thing right is the darker theme. Please, fix this!!!

Glitchy

Worked “okay” for a few months. All of a sudden started not working at all. Wouldn’t load any camera feeds and wouldn’t sync any data. The app on my phone and iPad won’t link to the system anymore like it used to, and I haven’t changed anything about what I do.
