So far I like the App however you should be able to control all the functions of the camera through this app, even WiFi camera’s, Lorex needs to be able to allow users to add other not brands and camera as well. I have a WiFi camera connected to the app, but I can’t use the privacy feature, that needs to be fixed. This app is better than the cloud app, you need to get rid of the could app and home app and stick with the pro app and all a universal connection through all cameras in Lorex’s line up, and all camera features should be available. Finally, Lorax decided to create a lot of better version of the old apps however, I’m only giving four stars for this app. I will give 3 stars to the system 0 stars to the old apps they used to have and 2 stars for customer service.Developer Response

I’m giving this app the feedback it deserves. We’ve just installed over 70 IP Cams and linked up 3 NVR’s to the app. Overall, it’s a lovely experience. The app is easy to use (very important for customers), fast, responsive and does everything you need it to do. It also has a modern feel to it.Developer Response

I purchased the Lorex Pro systems (LNE9292B cameras and N884A64B NVR). The cameras and NVR work great. This app is a huge disappointment. The app notifications don’t work well. Put some more resources into it and come up with a better app.Developer Response

Once Lorex forced us out of the old version of the app and forced us to use this version of the app, I am no longer able to see my live feed. I see it loading, but once it’s loaded I only receive black screens. This version of the the app has been a terrible user experience.Developer Response

App works great. Better than the Lorex home app. I have ptz cameras that I’m able to zoom the cameras. I cannot zoom on the Lorex home app. The Lorex pro app I am able to zoom. Thanks for the great app.Developer Response
