Terrible

This app is very unreliable. It will send a push notification but as soon as the event loads the screen goes blank. Many times you open the app and as soon as you select live view it closes. Often it will not even allow a live view of any camera. I am now regretting that I purchased a Lorex System.

Needs major update

Selecting motion region on app doesn’t work location services would be awesome just like the other lorex app app is a little confusing

Very Poor functionality

This app needs a lot of work. Very frustrating, whenever you try to make settings adjustments, the standard answer is failed to prescribe

Additions to the app

So far I like the App however you should be able to control all the functions of the camera through this app, even WiFi camera’s, Lorex needs to be able to allow users to add other not brands and camera as well. I have a WiFi camera connected to the app, but I can’t use the privacy feature, that needs to be fixed. This app is better than the cloud app, you need to get rid of the could app and home app and stick with the pro app and all a universal connection through all cameras in Lorex’s line up, and all camera features should be available. Also to allow camera first time setup in the app.

Little better then cloud app

Seem little better then cloud app but either app work same for now unless this app make lot improvement otherwise very similar they still have not made software for Mac m Chip

Finally

Finally, Lorax decided to create a lot of better version of the old apps however, I’m only giving four stars for this app. I will give 3 stars to the system 0 stars to the old apps they used to have and 2 stars for customer service.

It’s perfect

I’m giving this app the feedback it deserves. We’ve just installed over 70 IP Cams and linked up 3 NVR’s to the app. Overall, it’s a lovely experience. The app is easy to use (very important for customers), fast, responsive and does everything you need it to do. It also has a modern feel to it.

App needs more work

I purchased the Lorex Pro systems (LNE9292B cameras and N884A64B NVR). The cameras and NVR work great. This app is a huge disappointment. The app notifications don’t work well. Put some more resources into it and come up with a better app.

Awful and confusing

Awful and confusing. We have had several other surveillance systems that had far superior phone apps. There is no good reason that Lorex doesn’t improve this piece of garbage.

Videos in Pro App not as clear and vibrant as in cloud

Videos not as clear and vibrant as Lorex Cloud. Am I doing something wrong? I currently have both apps but do not run simultaneously. I keep one closed as I am trying out the pro app. Please advise
