  • Common sense misses

    I’ve been on the phone twice now with Lorex trying to find features that are not available on the Pro app -

    1. Playback of recorded footage is not available… this is crazy.

    2. I cannot connect my Lorex doorbell to the Lorex Pro app. So, now I need to view both the Lorex Pro app and the Lorex Home app to see footage from a five camera system.

    The lack of thought put into this app makes me question the quality of the entire system.

  • N882 not supported?

    According to your web site, for the N882 it suppose to work with N882 per compatibility support. It ain’t working.

  • Total disaster -0 stars

    I had a Lorex system installed on the word of my tech guy two weeks ago. At first I was using the Lorex cloud which was somewhat stable. I then upgraded to the pro version what a complete disaster nothing work as it should..the notification works in reverse I get alerts with no video or pictures play back is the sketchy. When you do get videos it’s of moving car shadows from the streets and random stray cats. I called Lorex for help they do answer the phone but none of them are familiar with the app. I am still waiting for a call back…this thing is in first stage beta testing at best stay clear unless you desire high blood pressure.

  • Need to be more user friendly

    This is a decent apps but with a few minor changes it could be a great apps.

    1. Should put all the favorite on the Home Screen. What’s the point of allowing user to create a favorite set of camera if you force them to go to “setting” to use it.

    2. A better user manual would be helpful. I suspect there are feature i don’t know about because i can’t find any manual

    3. The camera manual should tell you to use this app instead of Lorex cloud. I didn’t know this app exist until i call technical support about the smart detection not working. They then realize that i was using Lorex cloud (per their own manual) and once i switch to this apps, it work.

  • Cloud is better

    Do not force us to change to this app from Cloud. Terrible ideas in the new Pro app:
    -Logo splash screen delays users from seeing all important live security feeds. We know we are using Lorex, no need for an ad.
    -Pro does not remember your last camera layout. We want to see our prefered layout when we open the app.

  • Better than Lorex Cloud

    Lorex cloud it probably the worst app in the App Store. This one is a little better, it seems to load quicker and has a relatively simple layout.
    It would be nice if it saved the default/last view layout.
