One star was the lowest I could give
The old app was not great to get into, however, once opened, not a bad interface. This new system requiring logging in with a Google account is awful and almost enough to not want to use any apps until they straighten this out again. Love my car does but their app should make them seriously think that a great product can be rendered undesirable.Show lessDkazoo
ISO users beware
Doesn’t work, agree with other review, if on an iPhone this app will just bring you to a google link. Then if you try manually putting in the address it does nothing, so just using up 3mb of space on phone for nothing.DotsVfocus
Bring the old app back…
This does not work… I can’t get this app to link up with my device at all, things were going so well with the old app. whatever the intention was, it’s not worth it. Let us use the old app again or fix this issue…Misty9135
App Doesn’t Work
It was advertised that ios has the app and can do all the cool things it’s suppose to do but the app is basically a bookmark of a website that doesn’t work. It’s hard to find the app in the first place but the most frustrating thing is when I finally downloaded the app, it didn’t function. It only opens to google and I had to manually put in the link that’s in the picture which took me to the V logo and wouldn’t let me do anything else.Show lessposeybud

Great app, awesome customizations
I like the app now. Ok I changed my review like 3 times, cause I like it more and more lol. Still wish it was just all on the app itself tho, and not the bookmark saved on my Home Screen. Also wish I didnt have to reconnect my Carta every time I leave the app for a like a minute. Like say if I go to start up music real quick. I thought it would be cool too start up your carta from the app also. Tho I’m not a app maker, and don’t know if it’s possible for you guys to add that in the future? I feel like the app does what it has to do tho. Which is custom temps, lighting, and the general information about your device. Oh and another pretty cool thing is you can set custom screen savers on this app too. I have a One Piece screen saver now, pretty cool lol. And say you need a new atomizer or glass top, they have a built in store that links you to the product you need. They can improve some things, but it’s all really minor stuff to me in my opinion. I mean once you set your custom lights and temps, you really don’t need the app, until you need too change one of those settings again. Unless your constantly logging in to submit feedback after sessions, or too compete on the scoreboard they have. But yea overall great app, and recommend downloading.Show lessJosejr1298

It’s stupid complicated, overdeveloped and inefficient.
I shouldn’t have to google and then still struggle to make an app work. The point of an application is to ease one’s use. I would have rather had a remote that worked.Th@1User
