Can’t even open the app it freezes and crashes every time

App Stopped Working???
I have been using the V browser app for a few weeks and haven’t encountered any serious problems until now. One day I go to open the app and it doesn’t go to the Home Screen and is stuck at the opening screen with the logo. It has been stuck like that EVERY single time I go to open the app and it will not function no matter what I do, from reinstalling the app, to turning my phone off and on. But to a yoke not sure what to do bc of the lack of instructions- you need to go to the web address used in the old app- in the new app. So the focus web address that you had to be at in the old app, type it on the new app and hit enter. Once it loads- it will be the exact same as the old app.Candice_Brooke

Why would the app change, when the OG actually works?
This “new” app brings you to a Google homepage and then no instructions or onboarding walkthrough that tells you how to connect.
The engineering team should be better at QAing these issues and the product/marketing team should have sent out some sort of communication in app that tells us how to use.Show lessFrank The tank 305

I was using the original app and it told me to download this newer version for a better experience. I got everything but that. The only thing that popped up on the screen was the Google search homepage with no instructions given so the app is basically useless.prettyprincesss12
