You can scan the QR code on the collar's ID tag to open a webpage displaying the pet owner's information. You can contact the owner via phone or email. If the pet owner has enabled privacy protection, you will not be able to view their information. Open PawView and go to the ID Tag profile page to set privacy permissions. If you encounter any issues, you can contact our customer service. support@pawview.comDog.

I got this for my mom’s cat we are taking care of now she’s in a memory care facility. I wanted my mom to be confident we are doing everything we can to keep track of him & care for him.
I’m really enjoying all the features! I can add my mom to the account and update photos, keep track of upcoming appointments, upload vet records, etc.

The product you purchased only features NFC functionality and lacks a built-in mobile network chip, thus it cannot provide real-time tracking of your pet. To achieve tracking, someone needs to use the device to scan and obtain the latest location information. If you have additional requirements for pet tracking, you may need to consider purchasing a product equipped with GPS or other real-time positioningNot allowing me to make a password
