Awful Service

They failed to disclose hidden fees, such as resort fees or VAT charges, and even charged me twice for a single transaction. Furthermore, their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered among travel apps. To make matters worse, they are flagged as high-risk by credit card companies. Also, I should mention that getting your refund from them is not easy. You will be forced to go through a dispute process at the end of the day.

Wide price variations

I tried booking a vacation in a Secrets resort in Mexico. I used the Prestigia app for one booking and on- line Prestigia booking through UK. The price quotes were $780 and $1420 for the identical room and times. Direct bookings with Hyatt reservations (no payment) was $769. Why would anyone book with Prestigia??

Beware

This is a horrible company who scams consumers. They’ve found many loopholes in the booking systems and you’ll see hundreds of stories of people who have been taken advantage of in disgusting ways.

Online Booking issues

I recently booked a stay at the Millennium Makkah Al Naseem hotel through the website Prestigia. Unfortunately, my experience with Prestigia was not a positive one.

During the booking process, I encountered several issues. Firstly, my payment was declined and I was asked to use another method of payment. Although I paid again, I received two invoices for two rooms at the same hotel.

When I tried to cancel one of the rooms and receive a refund, I encountered several difficulties. The hotel's manager informed me that they did not have control over the situation as Prestigia was the second company working with them. I contacted Prestigia's reservation agent multiple times to request a refund, but they asked me to provide written approval from the hotel. Despite this, Prestigia did not make any decision about my refund.

Based on my experience, I will not be booking through Prestigia again. I would not recommend Prestigia to others.
