i've only had this game for a few days now and i am absolutely in love with it. i adore every aspect of it. i could spend HOURS just watching my plants grow, feeding and watering them, collecting dust bunnies, and redecorating my room.
i love that the items in the shop change our daily so there's always something new to look forward to. i'm addicted to all the "minigames" that let you collect energy.
but overall, i'd say my favorite part is the empathy character. he says lots of wise words that i think about and reflect on outside of the game. this app really helps me enjoy the simple wonders of life and admire how beautiful things can be. i adore this game so deeply and i would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a simple, cute, and comforting game.

Personal review🧍🏼♀️: I really like this app in fact I don’t usually place reviews but this app was too good to pass up. I really like how how this game is fun 🤩 but also helps you concentrate on each emotion you feel and why you felt that way. It’s very calming and when I need to relax I play this game 😌
Ads: ads are one thing that we can all agree are very annoying😑. but this app has very few ads and for any parents who might be concerned 😟 none of the ads are inappropriate or not suitable for children
Gameplay: it’s a very cute 🎀game to help Work through your emotions and to focus at each one. Each plant 🪴 is a different emotion and you get to choose a name and word or color that makes you feel that emotion. There is a shop where you can buy decorations for your online space with money 💵 from the game. You can also add your friends by using a friend 👩💻 . Again for any parents it can’t be anyone online that you don’t know. If your kid has a friend they, and you know and they have this game also they can give each other their codes.

This is not the first review I’ve written about this game so I’m a little bit biased, but I just wanted to come back and say I really like how there’s new content being added and things are being worked with.
One note I may add is that I strongly dislike the change from placing individual green hearts to filling the bigger ones, I liked doing it one by one. I can see how others would prefer this method tho, maybe there could be an option?
Another thing I wanted to mention as a positive is how you can change a lot of different settings, not only can you turn the lights on or off but you can change the intensity of the brightness in settings and it’s been a godsend as someone with chronic migraines. I know being on your phone obviously isn’t good for a migraine but when you get one every day there comes a point when I need a game to play, and this satisfies everything I like in a game.
Collecting, growing, taking care of plants, and not having to worry too much about taking long breaks.
11/10, really looking forward to watching this game continue to grow
i already wrote a review prior to this one, but since then ive seen this game just keep getting better and better!! ❤️❤️❤️its so cute and love that im not bombarded with ads, its also fun to play offline. im also excited to see if players can customize even MORE furniture! (desk/bookshelf) i do have some recommendations though!✏️
1) the items in the game are too pricey and difficult to get..(especially the sparkle items, it took me a while to collect) i think a good way to change this is by making rarer plants worth MORE sparkles, so that the player is more motivated to try and get rarer plants.
2) it would be cool if there were more rooms to explore, and not just the bedroom. maybe even a garden outside?? this would be a fun addition i think.
3) i noticed that when you send a plant away, there isnt anywhere you can go to remember it. maybe creating an “archive/museum” could allow players to look back on their old plants.
4) a small design change—i think making the rugs bigger would be more aesthetically pleasing
5) i would like to see more furniture to put my plants on!!
I’m a massive plant nerd and honestly i adore this game a lot. It’s fun, relaxing, and probably a game on my phone that i will always have installed. I never heard about it before until a friend told me about it when i talked to them about wishing that there was a plant game such as this one, and i am happy that they recommended this game to me!
I love how much you can customize! From the plant’s names, different plant pots, to you even your bedroom.

My only complaint is that i wish it was easier to obtain stars so i could customize my room more, but this isn’t really big of an issue for me for me to take away any stars for this rating.
Only other complaint is that i really wish there was more plants, though i understand that this game is still being developed and worked on constantly so i just really hope that maybe someday in the future more plants are added!

A wonderful concept of dust bunnies and making them literally dust bunnies and such a well thought out concept that is still gradually having added features. The Discord for this game has a wonderful community that you can to talk about the game, or about other things- and allows us to ask any questions, suggestions for the game and even gives us some guides. 100% recommend for people wanting a game that is chill, relaxing, cute, amazing concept and is honestly really healing, and i have NEVER written a review for a game/app before so this really is a special game :)) All the love to the developers of Dust Bunny. <3
I’ve had this game for about 2 months now and all I gotta say is I love it! It’s so peaceful, calm, it’s a fun, relaxing game that doesn’t require much work besides taking care of ur plants! It’s super cute, the graphics are def comforting and I love the emotions they have! This game is def a slow paced, idle game so if that isn’t ur style then this game isn’t for u🫶🏻 and for those wondering about the carrots; it’s a paid currency! Which ik some ppl have a problem with that but honestly 5$ isn’t much for 100 carrots bc u can use that to buy many sparkles!! idk honestly I js enjoy this game<3 especially for somebody who loses motivation over games quickly… I like this one.
I am so in love with this game. So calming, really enjoying collecting all my different types of plants. The mini games are addicting and relaxing. I like that you only have ads if you choose to watch them for items. This game is great now but also could have so much potential! More styles of plants, more mini games, maybe another room.. so many things the designers can do with this to make it even better! I will definitely be sad once I’ve collected all the plants and have no new ones to find. Please keep updating 🩷
Dustbunny has restored my faith in game developers. This is the first game I have found in a while that doesn’t make me feel cheated in some way by the paywalls and constant micro-transactions down my throat. I applaud Dustbunny for seeming genuinely passionate about what they are creating instead of just looking for quick cash without providing value to the players. The game has more than enough content in its current state, yet has soo much potential, which is great for its longevity. As for the micro-transactions, this game does it right. They don’t feel forced or even needed in order to enjoy the game. Thank you Dustbunny, for making a game I can genuinely say I love and will continue to support the development of.
