Good but you gotta pay
the cloud is very good and it ran pretty well and on full graphics, i didn’t need to install the full game so yes, that was also great too. But i’ve came across two problems on this app, one of them being you have to pay. You get around 300 minutes of playtime but then when it runs out you have to pay which is annoying. Really hoyo? not only that the screen was blurry. Not laggy or anything just blurry and low quality, but i didnt mind much. I just think you guys shouldn’t make us pay to just play the cloud version of the game, especially making it around $14 dollars for a lot of time. Do better please

Cloud Pass is unnecessary
I would give this 5 stars if it weren’t for cloud pass. Don’t get me wrong, I love the fact that genshin doesn’t take up space anymore and that the quality is a 100x better. However, when I saw there was free trial to play for 5 hours and the cloud pass, it got me confused. Sure I understand the reasoning for having a set time limit, mainly to persuade more hardcore players who play for more than 5+ hours to take a break. I really wouldn’t have minded having cloud pass if it added more benefits like battle pass. It’s kind of useless in my opinion since in just incites people to spend more money (not really surprised about that) so they could play longer hours without having to waste space. Like I said, I would give this 5 stars if there was more to cloud pass than just being able to play for as long as you want.

Time limit
15 minutes a day for a log in. That’s so dumb I’m sorry but you can have the game still be a cloud version without having a time limit you already have enough money and people actually want to enjoy the game and not have to save up just to play the game for an hour. If you want to make people actually enjoy your game take off the time limit and actually be serious about what people want because no one is really going to log in for like 30 days just to get 10 hours of gameplay because that’s apparently as long as we can play! Be for real no one wants to do that and actually make something people want like taking away the time limit or actually giving your characters colors other than pale white and tan white.

Thank you so much for this, my ipad ran out of space last year qwq and i lost contact with friends, i was able to contact them again, but.. 15 minutes a DAY is just not enough i understand you want money, but if i had money id buy a pc to play the real genshin, please 15min/day is only 7 hours a MONTH, most of that 15 would be for commissions, leaving NO time to farm artifacts/materials, do abyss or just have fun…please jump it up to 30 minutes or i would completely be ok with watching ads to get more time, please i need more time <3 thank you. Just give us f2p more time <3 ty ty.

Hello, Hoyoverse.
I’ve been a big time supporter of hoyo games for years and this is my take on the new app Genshin Impact Cloud.
The reason I can’t play Genshin in the first place anymore is because I don’t have enough space on my phone! I don’t have enough money to get a new phone or a laptop/pc. You expect me to be able to pay 30$ a month to play Genshin?
Most subscriptions cost 10-15$ for 1 person. Please try and match that! I’d rather have 3 months of Crunchyroll then pay 1 month for Genshin Impact! Hoyoverse is already making so much money from 3 largely loved games.
15 minutes a day is just horrible! You can’t do anything in that time, especially because it’s laggy at times which I can understand. Saving 15 minutes every day for a month would only give me around 7 hours of play time, that could be used up in 1-3 days.
30 minutes to 1 hour a day is way more reasonable!
It’s hard for me to support something that I can’t use because of the price.
Please make this app more accessible for people that can’t afford it.

problems and glitches.
listen , this game is great. but there are many problems. 1, the quality isn't great, and it cuts out sometimes. 2, only like 20-30 people can play at a time. i got this app on my iPad because i didn't have enough room for the actual app, but i had the actual app on my phone. it worked on my iPad, but when i went to play the actual game, it lagged , and was stuck on “checking for updates” so if you want to save storage, its best you just don't get the game at all. or buy more storage, that works too. it isn't worth it, and if you want to play the game and you cant, maybe its for the best. I've downloaded and redownloaded the real genshin so many times and the glitch doesn't stop, so don't get this app.

why the heck is there time??
So I installed this app since my iPad couldn’t handle the original game but I didn’t expect the good graphics and less lag when I downloaded this app but why is there time? It’s pretty useless since 15 minutes isn’t enough to do a story quest, archon quest, or any type of quest. Please remove the time feature or just give us extra. I do not want to be buying time to play a game.

Needs to have more free trial minutes.
So I’ve been playing on genshin cloud for a while now because of storage, I am f2p, it’s a good alternative if you have storage problems, at first when you download you get like 600 minutes, I used all of those minutes already since I’m a dedicated player, and I have to wait a whole day just for 15 minutes of free time, my suggestion is that you should give out a minimum of 45 minutes or an hour every day, overall it’s a really good app.

Dumb and performs weird
One of my major issues with Genshin’s actual performance is that unless you have top of the line, maxed out storage on a phone or tablet, you cannot play the regular game. They did recently add a way to offload a lot of data, but if my IPad can’t re-download the game at all, how do I offload that data to play? This could app would fix the issue… if it wasn’t pay to play. I’d be fine with wait times if I didn’t have to pay, but you only get so many free minutes (300 to start, 15 per day), and seeing as this is a game with a non-important quest line that lasts 11 hours (not counting, of course, the actual game story and game play that emphasizes grinding out resources), that’s horrible. You HAVE to pay to play and you have to wait to play. Overall, could have been great, but I am not spending money on a game and company who really doesn’t care about user experience.
