Terrible
I thought that it’d be better than GeForce, but it’s worse. Horrible gameplay quality(resolution) and it’s also hard to look around or use in battle, especially when running and/or using Nahida’s skill.
Basically to have unlimited playtime because what is this lol..
This app is basically what it says and looks; Genshin Impact without it taking all of your storage. Though, the disappointments are the timing. When you first login to your account, you get a free trial that gives you a 5 hour playtime. This 5 hour trial applies to every account that you have made. This doesn’t seem all that bad right? Well, after your free trial, you get a daily dose of 15 minutes playtime which is absurd. Depending on how far you’re in at the game, 15 mins would only get you your commissions done and your daily domain grinding. How to get more time? Of course by spending money. It’s not surprising that Hoyoverse, the company, is money hungry and would do whatever they can to make cash despite them being a billion dollar company. Still, I find it odd that they will charge you for more screen time even though the actual game is free for everyone no matter how long you’re on it.
I would really only recommend downloading this if you’re taking a break from genshin and wanting to play other games that take up most of your storage but don’t want your account being dead or missing rewards. I see multiple of people complaining about the screen time and I agree with them. At least make the daily time about 10 hours or just make it unlimited.

Love this, but there’s a few issues 😅
First off, The game is amazing for people who don’t have enough storage for normal Genshin, but id you have enough storage for it, I suggest getting that instead.
Sometimes, when I use my character’s elemental bursts, It can lag the game. Also, you start off with 300 minutes (or 5 hours) I know 5 hours SEEMS like a lot of time, but it’s actually not a lot if you’re really into the game. You can save up to 600 minutes, (10 hours) from logging in everyday for 40 days. You get 15 minutes in each daily log in, or you can buy time.
They also have a maximum amount of people that can be in a server, I personally never encountered that issue which is a great thing, but I heard that it can be frustrating to others who wanna play.
I just whish they would give us like 30 or more minutes for the daily log in, and increase the time capacity to around 1500 minutes i guess, Because It can get frustrating not being able to play the game everyday if that’s what you desire. You can also buy unlimited time i think, but it’s around $20 dollars. I saw that you can also buy time with cloud coins, but I have no idea how to get them, so I stick to the daily log in.

there are better services than this
i mean, it works. the quality is ok, even good since it’s on cloud. but, 15 minutes a day is just funny. it’s barely enough to do your commissions let alone spend your daily resin. hoyo should have cooked up a better service considering how big the fandom is, and how the game is supposed to work on potato phones

This is really good
So far, I was really really happy with it except for a few things, but it’s fine because I can download it anywhere without having to delete stuff so here is a few reasons why I don’t really like it, but I love it. So first reason is the graphics are a little bit crappy But that’s what she expect from a game that’s trying to make the game not be way too much to download and it reset me all the way back to the start😭 when I started playing it again download this game if you’re willing to risk a few bugs. Second, I was fighting a boss that was 10 levels below me. But I still died…..😭 I don’t know if that’s just a skill problem but I’ve been playing this for ever so you would think that I know how to defeat something😭 anyways that’s all the reasons except for those reasons. It’s a pretty good game.

Useful Service
It's an amazing game, and I love that I can play it on my phone at ultra-high graphics settings while only needing ~200MB storage reserved. I need to be strategic about how I use my free time on this app since you only get 15 minutes daily, but it's very convenient for quick daily logins, and also useful when I want to play processor-intensive content that my phone normally couldn't normally handle well.

THIS IS SO GOOD
Thank you OMG. My storage can barely fit Genshin so I downloaded this! Already used the 5 hour trial and I’m not complaining! I don’t play genshin every day, but I make sure to log in to genshin cloud every day for the 15 minutes. Rn I have more than 500 minutes on genshin cloud (bc I don’t play genshin daily. If I do, I do events, then daily commissions which takes around 8-20 minutes) so yeah! I love this! If you can, PLEASEE make one for Honkai Star Rail or Zenless Zone Zero. I don’t know why everyone is hating on this, because this might be one of the best things you’ve ever made.

Can't play in China
For some reasons I'm playing Genshin Impact Global in China Mainland. My device was too old to run the full GI, so I tried to turn to the cloud edition. However, it unfortunately disappointed me -- The network timeout was always greater than 200ms, which cannot meet the minimum standard of 180ms. I honestly think it's a stupid behavior-- A company in China doesn't put a server in China? In my opinion the network has effected not only me but also people who traveled in China and wants to play Genshin inside it. Are u sure this is a smart behavior? Why not put a server inside or near China?

*READ BEFORE DOWNLOAD* Great, But There Are Issues
Hello! I really enjoy Genshin Impact so I downloaded this knowing I have minimum storage, which meant I couldn't download the full game. The cloud is GREAT, the quality is amazing and it's very smooth. However, with a great app comes great issues.
1. The time limit. You get 5 hours total when first starting, and you get an extra 15 minutes per day as a daily login. However, the title screen of the game counts as part of the time, and there is a limit to how many minutes you can obtain from the daily login total, which is 600 minutes. And as a F2P, it saddens me to know that I can't play all the time because of the limit.
2. The server has a max number of people that can play at a time. I've never personally encountered this issue, which is good for me, but I have seen others who have been very frustrated about it, which sounds very reasonable. You would have to wait outside the game until the server reopens.
Overall, I really love this app, but it's only good for spare moments to play, since it has a time limit. I hope you consider these things before downloading, thanks for reading. :)

What about free to play players
Hello Genshin cloud I thank you for giving us a way to play Genshin without taking up so much space but have you thought about people who are free to play cuz when the time trial is up they can’t play anymore so can you pls not make us pay to play your game cuz I started playing less cuz now I only play 15 minutes a day cuz of the timer and I want to play more so pls if anyone reads this pls do something
