Used it once, didn't understand the concept so I deleted it. Tried logging in again and it always gives me an error message. You can't message the company anywhere for support...weird!Livelaughforever17

Weird concept, poor execution
So the concept of blackbird is monetizing you becoming a regular at restaurants… which you can do without blackbird. While there is a selection of restaurants in NYC that use blackbird most of the good ones have no idea what it is or how it works. On top of this, in order to use the $fly that you accumulate, the restaurant has to accept blackbird pay, which almost none of the good ones do. It’s just awkward having to ask every restaurant host if their blackbird works and being met with “what is that?” especially when the puck is sitting in front of them. It’s genuinely a hilarious and unnecessary app. Finally as someone who works in the industry, the blackbird pay system is terrible and not convenient for guests or restaurant staff. No one is ever sure if it works and guests usually end up complaining about something related to it.Show lessJesuschrist123
Great service and food.
Great service by Jonathan the amazing bartender polite, attentive and very friendly person. I had the special dumplings, scallion oil noodles, general TSO chicken with a side of jasmine rice everything was delicious. Happy hour and dinner recommended for a great experience and chill atmosphere.AGUILARRUN
Not intuitive and gimmicky
It’s basically a lame loyalty program that you can only use in NYC. It’s junk and they gather and sell your data.ADR!@!@
Won’t let me download after deleting
I accidentally entered my email wrong when I signed up I didn’t see anywhere to change it so I deleted the account and went to make a new one and now it won’t let me in or verify any of the codes it sends my phone. What an awful glitch. Deprived me of egging the special at this coffee shop and turned me off the app

Impossible to register
When I try to register, it sends a code to my phone number but the codes do not work. I've tried a dozen times and each time got the error that the code was incorrect.Rhochiafron

weird app, if you are the couple that said i could pay my childs tuition w blackbird coins please reach out to me. Not for recommending me the app, but for saying that upside pizza was better than prince street pizza - that’s an absolutely insane statement… Delusional concept imo
