Great Game and Service
I really enjoy this game. It's fun and very cute. I actually played this game for months and thought I lost everything when I got a new phone but customer service was very helpful and found my data and was able to give me old game back.

Some problems, but fun!
I really like this game, but I noticed some issues...
1. In the employee lounge, the furniture is sometimes shown as upside down.
2. The ads that are more than 30 seconds really irritate me, it seems unfair to offer free items that require ads up to 1 minute long to get!
3. Some instructions are unclear in the English version. This could be due to translation errors, but understanding the instructions for the Red Packet features are confusing and the purpose of the Guild is also unclear. Also, I'm unsure how to use the gold and purple Skill books.

Dismiss Item Requests
I love the game but I wish it was optional to accept requests for new items from customers. I have gotten 10/10 items for the bakery in my game and I got a new request from a customer to get a new item in the bakery. I want to decline because I don’t know how to get more items at this time, I assume I need to star up but I can’t do that until I unlock the theme park. So, this item request will be sitting there for a very long time, and it’s going to bother me. So, I wish it was possible to dismiss item requests.Show lessaunnikasmith
Crashes as soon as I open.
I’ve been trying to open this app for a few days now. Device is up to date. App is up to date. As soon as I load the game it gives an error of “Abnormal local time detected. Please check and log in again.” Then crashes.
I’ve never played with the time settings in my phone.
I tried reaching out to their support, got a cut and paste “we will get back to you” and still nothing. I’d rate higher if I had a reason to. But I can’t even any the game and no one is interested in helping. Shame since it looks like a cute game.Show lessupsetuser111111111

This is me and my boyfriends go-to game when we have down time, if you pay for add free (which i do recommend) then it’s a great time killer. Down side is we wish there were more events that are NOT top-up related, the clans were a great additions but time related events with fun rewards and competition would make it sooooo much better. Overall I’ve paid about $100 on this game and I don’t regret it, it’s cute, it’s fun, it’s got competition, I definitely recommend.Show lessIsiebisie
New Guild System
I love this addicting little app, the guild system is a welcome addition! Two suggestions - let players know WHAT word/phrase in their post is “inappropriate”, I had a totally normal message have this happen and I could not figure out what was wrong so I just gave up trying to post it. Great game with beautiful graphics! I’ve been playing for 4 months and there’s always lots to do. There’s no shortage on resources so there’s no difficulty playing whenever you want. There’s frequent events that keep the game engaging. Customer service is very responsive so I don’t mind investing a little, but in app purchases aren’t necessary to enjoy the game. Fun game with issues
I really like the design and gameplay. I easily get rewards and level up without having to pay. Unfortunately, the take out screen has a lot of glitches. With not being able to get order rewards, hamsters showing up in multiple places. It’s very frustrating.
