I really like this game, I play it every day. But for some reason it’s been stuck on the loading screen and I haven’t been able to play. 😕ninveiws
Fun but buggy
i’ve played for a while, but never experienced issues till now. when i recently logged into the game, i went to the research screen. yk how you slowly unlock each section? i had already finished the entire thing, but upon checking it, the last two rows were locked again. when they unlocked, everything that had been there previously was lost, such as all my spawners which were of high level and literally all my most valuable objects were kept there too.
i genuinely could not play the game further due to this, so i deleted it and reinstalled in the hopes that it would return to normal, but no. also, all my diamonds, and money were gone, but like the shops and employees were still there. idk what happened but i can’t really play anymore without spawners. 🥲🥲Show less! . ). i was in the mall upgrading and i bought the flower shop, it unlocked 2 zones in the merge area and i lost BOTH of my shopping spawners that ive been upgrading for some time now! i merge the pots that ive been saving for too, then when i go back in the game in the morning it removes it and tells me i have to unlock them again even after the first time i spent my gems unlocking them because you cant merge anything with top tier! i want my stuff back and gems that was a WASTE!Show lessuser8262526289393826262
I deleted it today
I had worked so hard to get where I was and then I went to match some stuff for the research and all of my spawns were zapped away. All that hard work gone. And I couldn’t get it back. So I deleted it. It’s really upsetting when you put so much work into a game and all the progress is ruined.Ladybuggy18

I just opened the game and found that almost every high level spawner I had has disappeared and the space they were occupying has been reset. Without the spawners it will be impossible to progress with the orders in the merge portion of the game, which will make it impossible to expand my mall. The game was fun up until this point, but I will likely be uninstalling it now that most of my progress has been erased.Show lessButterbee1037
Bugs
I love this game so much, I enjoy it and I’m getting others to play, but the one issue I have is the generators often disappear and then I have to restart all the way from scratch. Other then that it’s super cutenikolaigmm

I love playing this game when I'm bored and it's super cute. But I opened the app today and for some reason the progress on my research board was deleted. The two bottom corner sections of my board reset and I lost my level 7 clothing rack, level 6 potted plant, level 6 cleaning cart, and 2 level 6 cluster slpendeds!! I don't understand what glitch could have made the game think I never unlocked those spots and reset them when I reached the figure shop already. Please fix this.Show lesssnikpim

Cute game… I really can’t rate higher because game is very glitchy. You lose grounding in the game and it’s frustrating, especially if you’ve made purchases, like not receiving the correct rewards for rankings almost every single day, and service reps are blatantly dishonest. “We will send the rewards to you later”, and later never comes and it keeps happening.
