They have a long way to go before this app is any good…

So coming off of using the Bird scooter app for a few months, I am used to there being a whole lot more functionality from these apps than what this one offers. Not only is there no way to communicate with customer service on the app there doesn’t seem to be one on the Internet as well. Unfortunately things do come up , questions or concerns come up and there’s really no one to talk to on your account and no where to find how to get a hold of them. Any of their bonus, dollars is pretty much a scam, instead of utilizing your bonus funds to pay for your rides they use your dollars that you paid in first. Then when you reach a cash balance of less than five dollars it does not allow you to request another ride without depositing more cash into your account. I keep sitting on all this bonus money they’re not using but I keep having to refill my account because my deposited cash balance drops below five dollars and they won’t count my bonus dollars as a part of my balance.

Very Disappointed. Terrible Customer service

I tried to use bound during weekend 2 of coachella 2023. I got charged $47.45 for broken scooters and bikes that I was not able to use. Even if the scooters and bikes were within the ride and park zone, they wouldn’t unlock or let me park them and end the ride thus charging me. The app continuously asked me to add money to my account in order to ride even though I wasn’t able to ride. I’ve tried calling their customer service number and emailing both emails I could find on the app and website to ask for a refund on these charges and have had no response. DO NOT USE BOUND. BIRD SCOOTERS ARE MUCH MORE RELIABLE FOR THE FESTIVAL.
