Thank you for the review! Glad you're feeling better and we're honored to be part of your mental health journey :) I saw a very simple ad for this app on TikTok. I'm a huge advocate for mental health, so my curiosity was peaked and I decided to give it a shot.
I'm truly loving KownWell. What a revolutionary idea, which should have been put in place a long time ago. What a brilliant piece of technology, to give everyone access to a responsive and insightful entity who will help build you up as a person without paying a subscription fee for it.
People who need it the most, unfortunately don't always have the resources they need in order to see a professional counselor. What an incredible idea which has been pioneered. Short or long entries are both treated with equal mindfulness in response and I could not recommend this app enough.

We’re deeply grateful for your review and support ❤️So at first, I had an issue with the app to where the onboarding features wouldn't display properly on my device because of how small the screen is. At first I wasn't sure I should've reported it, but got over myself and did it anyway and OMG it was the best experience I've ever had when reporting something about an app! Nick was really nice throughout the interaction, helped me set up my options since I was having issues, and even got back to me when the update was pushed through. So I go to re-download the app to see if everything's fixed and it was! Everything worked smoothly. So if you're looking for a good AI journaling app with approachable customer support! I'd highly recommend that this app is for you! Plus, the prompts are good, it keeps track of your streak, there's a couple AI guided options, and the main character for the app is named Felix, which I think is cute🤭🥰
