A spectre is haunting FRC — the spectre of Eaglescout. All the powers of old FRC have entered into a holy alliance to exorcise this spectre: 254 and 1678, 2056 and 1323, 118 and 5940.
Where is the app in opposition that has not been decried as a waste of time by its opponents in power? Where is the opposition that has not hurled back the branding reproach of Eaglestrike, against the more advanced opposition parties, as well as against its reactionary adversaries?
Two things result from this fact:
I. Eaglestrike is already acknowledged by all FRC powers to be itself a power.
II. It is high time that team 114 members should openly, in the face of the whole world, publish their views, their aims, their tendencies, and meet this nursery tale of the Spectre of Eaglestrike with a manifesto of the app itself.
To this end, Team 114 members of various nationalities have assembled in Mountain View and sketched the following manifesto, to be published in the English, French, German, Italian, Flemish and Danish languages.
