Not Paying Out

I’ve utilized this site for online slots, however after depositing a considerable amount of money to play with I was unable to claim my winnings. Receiving an email stating that I needed to provide further documentation for verification. After sending in the proper documentation it’s been radio silence and customer support gives the same generic response as to what the hold up is. This just seems like a tactic meant to be drawn out to deter customers from claiming their winnings by making the process difficult and confusing.

Unfair

So I wanna start by saying that your customer service is horrible. I want more than $5000 through this game and since I started playing through my Facebook application. It is nearly impossible to unlink your Facebook account and like most of us, we did not use our real name on our Facebook account so by the time I wanna cash out you need to verify your information and it doesn’t give you the option to put your legal correct name to be able to verify your information so that being said to be able to play with sweepstake coins you need to play online then you cannot use the application and one day I wake up and I have nothing. I’m down to how that happened. I have no idea. No customer service no response to the multiple emails I sent and nobody needs to help. I invested so much money for this to happen. It’s ridiculous, just thought I’d let you know

Why don’t you guys give out free coins and points every day on social media like other platforms and the competitions you guys use the same ones on Facebook and Instagram? Why don’t you put different ones so we could be able to win on either or or on both

Made a mistake, cost me my winnings

Not agreeing with the conclusion and did not answer my question directly. I understand there was a misunderstanding but to void what I won plus what I loaded is not something that I agree with. But you have to pay your employees so why not on my dime! Be wary and please make sure you only have one account! I mistakenly made an account on my tablet and then at a later date on my cell. Big no no! After validating my self and all they asked for I found out that I had another account and was voided all my winnings plus my deposited funds….smh. That’s the tough luck part you take when you gamble!!!I am so disappointed with Mr. beast for putting his face on the ads for this site!

McLuck is great. It’s a social casino, let me explain.

I’m a very avid sports handicapper / gambler ha and I do have some pending redemptions, I know they will come because I know how these work. So most of you are probably thinking of those DUMB, ANNOYING, and LYING solitaire and bingo type games. Yes, the games you play for are for 75 cents. Maybe a dollar and you have to beat like 5 people. Those are so annoying people claiming to sit at home and win 100 plus dollars in a game of solitaire. They make me so mad, and the actors in them are worse. So McLuck is a social casino, yes the ONLY downside is long redemption and no BTC but the slots they have are all the same as other social casinos and social sportsbooks. I love how these social casinos are now having sportsbook if you live in Texas or a place you are not legal to gamble. McLuck is a sweepstake win and you are able to cash out. 5 stars.

This game is the biggest rip off ever

I’ve spent most of my coins a few times on free spins and didn’t even get half my coins back once you gotta watch it if you bet 70 coins it’ll take almost 300 every time the low predicted games win more than the high overall your gonna get screwed out of anything you’ll do on the app
