When uploading from share sheet, services menu or Shortcuts pick Public Read as a share option to make the item downloadable by everyone giving you a download URL that never expires. When Share Link is enabled for "Upload to S3" action the default string representation of the uploaded file is the URL. Use a Text action where you reference other properties of the uploaded file as needed.
