I was extremely unconvinced because in sept 2024 I planned my trip to Philippines. I did my research and found I’d need this app. I made my account then and put in all my info. Upon arrival to Cebu, I tried to access this app and the log in screen presents a phone number to log in. However you only allow numbers with +63 to log in with a phone number. There is no option to change the + prefix to an international phone number. Is this app not for foreigners as well? That’s not how it was advertised when I discovered it. Although my email was registered with my account, it didn’t recognize my email. So at the customs check out counter, I had to fill out a piece of paper even though I’d done all my homework to expedite my customs clearance. Thanks a lot.
