Still no PayPal
I have used the website (before the app comes) they had PayPal and now semester is starting, i really need help for waking up in time for morning classes and also opportunity for investing. Please add PayPal.Erik Babakhani
Unresponsive customer service
I have emailed them days ago and they have not emailed me back at all. I had issues with my wifi but was awake at the time I set up and quickly tapped help but they have not answered my email and I need a refund.dubutofutm
Lost Money - Withdrawal Amount Incorrect
I have emailed Paywake support about ~20 times: my withdrawal amount is $100 less than the cash in my account.

Nobody responded to service ticket
They can banned you for whatever legitimate reason they have, and after that all they left you was to send a ticket. It’s been more than a month since I submitted my ticket yet still nobody responded. Be aware people, you’re gambling with your principal to earn as little as 1% interest each day.Kaikaikaicn

I used to love this app because I was making money everyday. But one day I missed a check in, it was my fault. I decided I wanted to start over with a low deposit of $3 but it rejects saying that I don’t have enough in my bank account. My bank account says that no attempt to withdraw was even made. Have contacted support at least 3 times with absolutely no response and it’s been over a week since my first attempt.James_ii

Great app but lost over $70 to it due to not having a key board to take picture of. Really a keyboard not everyone has one. I tried taking a picture of the key board on my phone but didn’t except it.innescycle

I’ve been using this app loyally for a month now and did not have any complaints until this morning. I was feeling a little sick yesterday so I edited my wake-up time to later this morning, confirmed the time and set my alarms and everything. I wake up this morning, open the app, and lo and behold the app somehow kept my original wake-up time and took $40 from me. Was this the scam all along? Just lost all my hard-earned money from this entire month and then some. They better patch this glitch up and send me a refund or I won’t be using this app again anytime soon.Skiatha
