  • Can’t access customer service

    My app is treating me like I am trying to scam my clients, and I can’t figure out how to contact customer service to fix the problem. I am a new but legitimate business that cannot afford to have my clients thinking I am out to scam them.

  • Waste of time

    You pay to have second number that when you use let’s who you call or text know you are using a virtual number app and requires them to confirm or allow the Text App to send the message to them before they are able to receive. If you are hoping to have two numbers or 2nd line for your business this app will not suffice. Delete this App, don’t waste money. Do yourself a favor learn from my mistake, skip this app and go straight to purchasing a 2nd phone with true 2nd phone line.

  • Don’t waste your money!

    I haven't even gone live with my business website, or distributed my number in anyway, yet I’m getting 15-20 robo calls or fake calls a day. Now i have to cancel this number and lose the money and find a new number app or get another line. Extremely disappointed!

    Paid for a number only to be told that I can’t dial for a phone call as the network is busy. Tried this multiple times throughout the day and using different data. This app is a scam!!

  • Scam application

    App did not work like intended and could not be used for account verifications. Message them for a new number and never heard back… do not give them your money.

    I’ve put the number assigned on all business logo, cards, etc Only to find out the caller receives a busy signal! Why is there not a simple message to leave a message or send a text? For the price paid, I expected this simple feature. Disappointed. I have several email with responses to my frustration. Clearly, your company understands. The reviews are horrible. You should refund $$$ before you end up with a class action. Angela

  • Scam / Does not work / filters your content

    Read the reviews. This app will filter your messages for content and uses a faulty AI system. It will and does delete messages without warning and they are gone. It is a rogue app that monitors and controls your exchanges. Strongly discourage anyone from using. Go get a Google voice line. They are free and work perfectly.

  • Texting and otp would not work

    One of my reasons for buying is I no longer have my US phone # since I am residing here in the Philippines. I have tried many times to text or use my number for OTP but it never worked. And 12 credits were used just to test my text. I sent “hi” to my iPhone in the Philippines but never received the text. Any solutions please?
