Not User Friendly
I am trying to order the coupons so I can be delivered weekly and only pay one time for the coupon book. Cannot find the place to order it. Only the single 5 gallon water. If I go to orders and click on re-order, when I try to pay, it says the item is not active. How do I order another coupon book for water delivery?

It’s ridiculous that I have to contact Mai Dubai to update shipping information. I should be able to do this inside the app on my own.

I have managed purchase coupons but seems impossible to actually organise for any water to be delivered! ☹️

Seems like as always, Everyone wants an app but never does proper UI/UX and customer experience testing done. Basic stuff does not seem to work.

Payment always fails
Payment never goes through and if you get as far as using Apple Pay they charge you in Euros!!! Trying to process the payment now for hours. An absolute waste of time!
Worst app ever
Can’t register. After 2 weeks I finally got an OTP and then the app freezes.
