Poor application quality
A lot of small annoying things making overall experience awful.
Developer, please, hire an expensive QA team, they will report with all bugs and UI/UX problems.

Waste of time
Cannot place order because app will not allow me to select how many empty bottles I have and wants to charge as if I don’t have empties . What a waste of time registering for this app is !! Will just continue calling our delivery guy like we have done for years.
Excellent
Order came next day and I was happy with it. I was more happy when someone called me to check if everything was fine or I have a concern or a remark. I’m happy to state that this company is eager to hear customers opinions and do whatever changes necessary to satisfy them.
Can’t even register or find support
Trying to register is impossible—since I’ve been using Mai Dubai delivery services for a few months, the app won’t let me use my phone number to sign up! I just want to be able to pay in some way other than cash
Payment always fails
Payment never goes through and if you get as far as using Apple Pay they charge you in Euros!!!
Can’t login
Just registered my new account, unfortunately can’t login. I’ve tried resetting my password but it’s not working, extremely bad experience.
Easy to use
We just arrived in Dubai and managed to set up water delivery in less that 48 hours. I got great assistance from Mai Dubai team when I needed help. Even the delivery guy left his phone number for better coordination with the delivery when I was not home.

App is completely useless. Cannot log in the finally after 3 days managed but then was charged in EUR why????
Terrible app
Every time the app is updated, the record of my deposit bottles is lost and I can not order new bottles. The WhatApp also does not allow me to proceed and I waste a great deal
If time waiting on the phone and speaking to to agents who’s advice does not assist. Extremely annoying and a huge waste of time!
