As a small team, we didn’t have the chance to fully optimize for iOS 18 just yet, but we promise to have it fully compatible in the next update (or two). Your issue should be resolved by then and we hope that your updated rating and review will reflect your satisfaction once everything is running smoothly. recently, i had a little issue with the app. i reached out to the lettre team and was pleasantly surprised by their kindness, efficiency and support. they responded so quickly and with great sympathy. honestly, i wish this team all the best! i cannot recommend an app more. if you’re on the fence, take this as a sign to download and check it out! <3

Outstanding app, bar a few features
1) I would love the ability to zoom in while composing a letter, this would make writing easier, especially when trying to be neat.
2) It would be really nice to be able to write multiple pages on your letter, as sometimes just one page can be restrictive.
3) Letters can sometimes seem pixelated, so perhaps a higher resolution or vector system would work better, perhaps sending similar to pdfs or export systems used by goodnotes etc.
4) The option to send a letter immediately without using email would be lovely, although I do appreciate that waiting for letters is part of the joy, but sometimes you just want something to zoom into someones inbox as a thoughtful letter at the time of sending.
However, I do absolutely adore that this app is ad free, and the penpals system is awsome. This app is truly amazing.

Now, onto some answers -- 1, 2 and 4 might be closer than you think *wink wink* We might be a small team but our efforts aren't. About 3, we are still working on making the lettres as high quality as possible while making sure we support as many iPad models as we can. Considering we are such a young app, we are looking for that sweet spot - but don't you worry, we are working day and night to find it. An update
After tinkering… I found that using the app when the apple pencil battery was low was causing the crash.
I charged up my apple pencil and the app worked flawlessly.
