  • Expensive bird seed holder...

The application to run the camera doesn't work. Period..
Other countries sell products here that are non-functioning...
In this case, they glamorize this bird feeder with a camera for pictures or videos...but without the application working, you have bought a box of plastic..only plus...after mounting on a pole...it does hold bird seed...then you can sit in a porch chair and use your personal camera for bird pictures or videos. The bottom of the impressive box says MADE IN CHINA...of course.
  • Cannot ReRegistet

About every 15 seconds I get a popup that says registration expired. Whenever that happens it erases whatever I’ve typed into the login name or password boxes and I have to start over. The same thing happens when I get into the Forgot password sequence. I can’t complete it before all my entries are erased by the popup. I am a software engineer. The development of this app hasn’t undergone enough testing! Pretty poor.
  • Requires phone number to register

Stay away. Chinese app that requires BOTH an email and a phone number to register. App is flaky. Stay away!
  • Pretty awful

It gets 2 stars because I can occasionally see videos of the birds. It has only recognized one bird successfully so far and sends notifications that “bird is coming!” even if it’s a person or car driving by the bird feeder. There’s no way to adjust it so you have a different range of view and it’s inaccuracy in telling the type of bird is disappointing.
  • Every update

fixes something and breaks something else. Ever since the last update my camera won’t take videos-just still pictures, won’t let me save photos to my album and thinks squirrels are birds. Frustrating.
  • Neat camera but the app needs work

I wish I could adjust the sensitivity because I get tons of pictures of nothing. And the feature where it talks about squirrel recognition does not work. I have tons of pictures of the squirrel eating the seed and the alarm to scare them off doesn’t go off on its own. Now if you’re watching the camera you can set off the alarm manually and then it works. The lid to the feeder is plastic and the squirrel kept ripping the lid off and chewing the inside of the feeder looking for food. I had to hook up some wires so the squirrel couldn’t get the lid off. And you can tell the people who made this app don’t speak English as a first language because sometimes when I go to do things the options it gives me don’t make sense because it’s using an incorrect word. I think the camera itself is good though. Although a few weeks ago I had a day where it would not connect to the app no matter what I did and then randomly
The next day it did. It’s been fine ever since. So maybe just be aware of these issues when purchasing.
  • Garbage!!!

Loved it the first few weeks, then it updated and now it records everything!!! Cars going by, windchimes etc. I emailed customer service beginning of February 2024 and they said “ Our technical team made an error during the process of modifying the logic of the application (app), and we have quickly arranged for our professional staff to make an emergency fix.” It’s now March and still doesn’t work! Waste of $125.00!!
  • App doesn’t work

This was a gift that I was excited to use but the app doesn’t work. Most of the time I can’t even log into the account I created and when I can login it wants me to use the camera on the birdfeeder to scan a QR code in the app but the QR code never appears. I’m starting to think I’ll never get to use this birdfeeder.
  • App is terrible

Constant issues with app. Camera not working so trying to reset. Tells me to scan a non existent QR code. Reloaded app and now won’t even let me login. Several messages with no English translations.
  • After last update - No longer works

Alerts all times of night and day now Lists videos but it lost the ability to play them back
    Fix it or send refund!
