I love this app even though it doesn’t work half the time it stills let me see birds I have leaned a so much. I leaned that if you put the feeder Next to the house or the nearest tree where you get your Wi-Fi. It might WorkQgfhjfvjhfhjhgj
Very Frustrating
I’ve been very excited about this, but every time I try to log onto the app, it kicks me off. Yet to find any sort of solution.sly1207
Buggy App, No Recordings
App was cumbersome to setup. Not receiving notifications. When looking at the app later in the day, there was a still shot of single a bird. Cannot determine why there is no video, just the still shot.65Scott
Horrible App and Feeder
This bird feeder, camera, and app are atrocious. The app doesn’t work most of the time. I’ve had to remove the camera and add it back multiple times because the app fails to recognize the camera. I’ve never received a notification that there is a bird on the feeder. Now I’m getting an error message in the app, but it’s in Chinese, so I have to idea what it says.GoCubsGo3
QR code doesn’t load
The app stopped working about 2 days ago. I reset my device and now the QR code doesn’t appear on the app. Now the camera doesn’t connect to my phone.123gmas
App sticks and so does the birdock feeder.
Avoid this feeder and app. Worked one day for us and then it started not sending me notifications. Re-loaded the app and you start all over again you get some notification with is limited as far as what you can do on this app. Does not pick up birds without the SD card which is bought separately and when you put that in, it does not recognize it. So I don’t know how many times a person has to redo everything in order for this unit to work. suggestion, do not get or purchaseNot impressed with accurracy
