  • App Scoring

    Really enjoy my Speaker +, however the app is just not very user friendly. Specifically the scoring. In our foursome we all started the round using Blue Tees app and three of us went back to 18 Birdies. I really hate how it switches to the next hole three times while you are trying to put your stats in.. it seemed like I would get halfway done scoring and it would switch to the next hole and I would have to go back and start over. Maybe it’s user error, but very frustrating!

    Hello Thank you for reaching out! I appreciate the feedback here. And I am sorry to hear about the frustrating experience. We will take this back and modify this feature to better accommodate scoring. We've recently implemented a brand new scoring feature that allows you to input faster while still using the auto hole advance. Additionally in our next release we will have a feature to turn off auto hole advance. Further, I think that we can help this experience more by delaying the switch to the next hole if you still within the scoring screen. Great feedback and I can promise you we will improve this and get it just right.
  • Best Golf GPS

    Best gps for golf out there. I’ve tried them all and this app has the best interface and features. Plus their Player+ speaker/GPS is equally impressive. All of their products are top end.

    The app is the best out there and I can’t wait to see if they add golf betting features.
  • Awesome device

    Got to use this for the first time and it was just as good as I thought it would be. I bought it because I wanted the gps and the music and both are amazing. I still am exploring everything this app does and am excited to take full advantage. The team is also unbelievable and have nothing but good things to say about them. I appreciated them reaching out directly to see if I had feedback on my experience. Goes a long way with me!
  • Great product - GREAT customer service

    I bought the player + because I loved the idea of real time distances displayed on my screen, while listening to music. The speaker has exceeded every expectation. Moreover the app is outstanding and the customer service is off the charts. This is already the gold standard in combination speaker/GPS devices and OMG does it seem they are passionate about getting better and better. I am a very tough consumer when I comes to golf and I would tell anyone that if you are considering a Wingman because it is the industry standard, then you had better take a look at this start up as this is absolutely the future!!
  • Great Device, a Better App, the best team.

    Used it on the course the other day and it worked flawlessly. Zero disconnects. Quick to connect to speaker and the course. Customer service is checking up to make sure everything is running smoothly. Could not be happier.
  • UPDATED REVIEW

    I originally had a small issue when iOS 17 rolled out, but that was resolved with the excellent support from the Blue Tees tech team have only had a few rounds with the app as the weather is starting to get colder, but the app works great and the speaker is amazing. I am very pleased with my purchase.

  • Good Device - Better Team

    I’ve never written an app review. I’ve also never had a development team reach out to me and ask for direct feedback. I received my Blue Tees Player+ and it’s a good looking device with great sound. However, I didn’t buy it for music - that’s a bonus - I bought it for GPS on the course. So my son and I took it out immediately. I’m not gonna lie there were some frustrations: it wouldn’t advance holes, I had to open the app to adjust it, etc.

    By the time I got home, the team had reached out asking for feedback because they knew I’d received the device recently. I sent some comments and thought nothing of it. Less than a half your later they reached out for details. We went back and forth - less than two weeks later a new release was out that addressed my concerns.

    Ive never seen any company have such a voracious appetite for feedback, let alone actually listen and improve a product. Never. Not any product - Not any company. I couldn’t be more impressed.

    (FWIW Before I BOUGHT my BT Player I demo’d a similar product from a well known optics manufacturer. I could have bought the demo for half off and chose to save my money.)

    I already had a BT Rangefinder but if I didn’t I’d buy one knowing their commitment to their products.

    I’m not promising anything but I’ve made a couple other suggestions and if they add those - you will be mad if you don’t have this device.
  • Total Game Changer

    First off let start by saying customer service was amazing. Mike and his team made me feel like I had my own personal concierge. When I first received my Player+ I was having some GPS issues, but Mike assured me an update was coming soon. BAM!!!!!!! It works like a charm. I'm the envy on the course. Thank you X's 1000.

  • App update -Customer Service

    First and foremost, the customer service is superb. I had some odd issues where I had some settings on my iPhone mess with the app. When I reached out to customer service, Michael was great. Kept in touch and was able to resolve the issues. Everyone that sees the Player+ ask me about it. This is a must have. Music and all the info you need in a golf round.
  • Customer For Life

    I’ve had several Blue Tees products over the last few years and I’ve never been disappointed.

    When the Player+ GPS speaker was announced I almost immediately preordered it and got this app right away. I used the app for every round while I was waiting for my speaker and it worked absolutely amazingly.

    Once my speaker arrived I did notice a big issue with it not auto advancing from one hole to the next. So much so that for a couple rounds I didn’t use the speaker at all. Then out of the blue I got an email from Michael in product support letting me know the app had been updated and a lot of the previous issues were fixed. I took it out on my very next round and let me just say, WOW! It was as close to perfect as you can get. Distances were spot on, auto advance worked perfectly (too perfectly if you hit your drive to the next fairway 🤦🏻‍♂️) and the sound quality was fantastic as always.

    I can’t thank Michael and his team enough for all the hard work they do on the daily to bring such good products to the golf market. After two rangefinders, two speakers, headcovers, towels, and mag link hubs, I am proud to say I am a Blue Tees lifer!
