  • Best GPS app on the market!

    Paired with the Player + GPS Speaker, this is incredible. The updates are FAST, had an issue and reached out to support and less than a day later it was updated and completely fixed.
    I truly cannot recommend Blue Tees enough to anyone, shoutout Michael at Blue Tees as well! He is an awesome individual that ensures any concerns are heard and pumps out these updates.

  • Great apps with tons of options

    Love all of the different tracking options and variables the app offers. I’ve been bragging on the speaker/GPS to my friends. Can’t wait to show this off
  • Initial issue resolved with prompt customer support

    Received the Player + this week and installed the app on my iOS 17 device with no issues. Upon launching the app the screen turned black. Reached out to customer service and got a response within a couple of hours. The suggestion solved the problem and I was able to complete setup. The app looks great and along with the Player + which is solid, I can’t wait to play a round with it. Great work Blue Tees!!
  • Almost Perfect

    Hands down one of the best apps out there ! Great graphics, user interface is seamless. No crashing, and very accurate! The one and only flaw is it’s not compatible with my Apple Watch . I don’t like my phone in my pocket when I play, and sometimes the cart is on the other fairway where my partners ball ended up, and I have no way of double checking my yardage. Hopefully they will add this feature SOON !! Player + is on pre order and I’m excited to hopefully not have to be picking my phone up to check yardage and input my score every hole !! 🤞

  • App does not work with iOS 17.

    App was working grade until I upgraded to iOS 17. App does not work at all. Looking to return speaker if app issues aren’t fixed. Part of the reason I purchased the speaker was to use the yardages, which you cannot get without the app.

  • App won’t work

    Seems like I’m not the only one with this problem. I bought the Player+ and can’t even use the app. Asked for help and was told to do a factory reset on my phone and still have the same issue. Would appreciate some real help to use the $200 product I purchased. Nothing like setting up a Tee Time to show off your new purchase and can’t even use it.

  • App issues

    I don’t think I have ever written a review on anything before but feel like I need to here. Much like everyone else here. I downloaded the app in anticipation of getting my player+. It worked fine at first. But as soon as I updated to IOS 17 it did not work. I reached out to Blue tees and did get a response. They eventually said it does not work with IOS 17 due to it was not available to the public yet. I have Beta version. All other apps do work in my iPhone with IOS 17. But now it is available and my app still is not working. I’ve emailed 3 or 4 times since and have not got a response. I imagine it’s been crazy since the Player+ has been shipped. But would love to try to use it before I have to return. Can someone let me know? I am in Maine and golf season is almost over . Need to know asap if it will work and when. If it does I’m pretty pumped to use it. It looks great!

  • iOS 17.0 update caused app to go black

    Prior to this iOS update, once the magnetic speaker was configured, the app worked great on the course. - 1 Star for what I hope is a glitch.
  • Screen Goes White

    Update: these guys did not give up on me and figured it out. Everything works on my phone now. I can’t wait to get my Player+ and see what it can do. Thanks customer support !!

    I downloaded the app to use with the new Player+ which is supposed to ship soon. I wanted to get to know them app before arrived. Every time I try to either login or join, it goes white. Locks up and has to be rebooted. Has not worked once.

  • GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

    First of all I have enjoyed all of the blue tees stuff I have gotten from them in the past. Admittedly I am not one to write reviews (I know, shameful) but I must give credit where credit is due here. I have been trying to use my blue tees app in anticipation of the player+ coming out, and I have been having issues with it. I could not get the screen to load and had been waiting for new updates to see if it would go away. Finally I decided to contact blue tees support, honestly thinking I would probably not be answered, and to my surprise I was emailed back within an hour!! MICHAEL at blue tees support was very patient, corresponded back with me in a timely manner, and worked very hard to get the issue with the app resolved. Many companies try to bring a small business feel to a larger demographic, but blue tees has clearly succeeded with their superior service.
