Nice watch but
It is new product, its software app, it has nice screen designs to choose from you can see the clock, and step counts, message arrival notice.. but is not fully functional in every app angle yet.. like sleep hours etc you dont know ehere it gets no matching sleep hours etc..
i am sure its upgrades will arrive soon.. Hold on to your new EVO watch, i am sure you will like it too..

Useless
Attempted to make an account to pair my watch to my phone and the app keeps giving an error message that account creation is unsuccessful. Hardly any features of the watch can be used without creating an account in the app (even the date/time can’t seem to be changed on the watch without pairing to your phone). Will definitely be returning the watch if the app isn’t fixed

Can’t get app to work
I love the features of this watch but after the initial pairing I can’t access the watches settings on my phone and it’s not picking up any of my data. The phone gets the weather reports and my notifications come through but all I get when I try to access the settings on my phone is a spinning circle. As other customers it switches back to Celsius all the time. The connection doesn’t seem to be complete and though I’ve tried to unpair and relink them it doesn’t work.
There is no number to call to get help either which is a bummer.

Great alternative
Love this watch!
I don’t think the sleep tracker is fully accurate and the app shows a different sleep time than the watch does. So might not be great if that’s your sole reason for purchase.
But I bought this solely to monitor heart rate and receive phone calls and it’s been great for that.
I love the different background options and I can set an alarm on it that vibrates, only waking me up and not my husband. It’s awesome

OK for a not so smart watch
$25 at Aldi
I guess it’s OK. I am still trying to figure out a lot of the features that it says it has, and some of the icons that I can’t understand what they’re for. Haven’t found help on the Internet so far.
It’s supposed to have a sedentary reminder that you can set every so often to notify you to get up and walk or move around at work. Haven’t found that. Also can’t see the find my phone function. The pedometer is not perfect either. It counts too many or too few steps. For instance, it counts some movements of my arm when I’m sitting— but when I was walking the other day, I counted my steps and it recorded too few.
What else? Notifications come in way late if at all, and sometimes show up again after I deleted them. Anyway, the functions that work or that I figured out are nice so I guess it was worth trying.

You get what you pay for. Does not track sleep. Has feature that is not used? The SP O2. No customer support contact listed anywhere on the site.
