Great Service & Accountability App
This is not a scam. I am echoing the words of fellow users. My dietician has been great and has helped me tremendously. The app has a log where you can track your food intake either by logging the food or by also including a photo so you can remember what you had. I’d like to see the option to track water intake and to somehow incorporate activity levels such via a wearable device - Apple Watch or Fitbit. I think seeing our activity levels will also keep us accountable in the activity section and not just the food intake. Aside from that - I highly recommend this service. For most - the service is fully covered through your insurance. Your miles may vary so check with your insurance provider before you make the appointment. 👍🏼 Don’t believe the hype! Check them out for yourself.

I love this platform. It provides accessible care to skilled nutritionists that assist in tailoring goals specific to individual needs. My nutritionist Danielle Sanders is amazing. It’s so nice to have a black female nutritionist who recognizes the gap and lack of representation in southern, African and Caribbean cuisine when it comes to discussing a well balanced diet. She is culturally attuned, extremely knowledgeable, and practical. I love that her perspective is compassionate and nonrestrictive. She’s really helping me to be kinder to myself, set realistic goals and recognize that I can still enjoy the foods I grew up eating, as long as I portion my meals properly, and stay hydrated. She’s helping me have a much healthier, intentional and mindful relationship with food and improve my overall physical and emotional wellbeing. I highly recommend Nourish and I hope everyone can find a nutritionist as passionate and professional and Danielle.Poor customer service, poor quality of care, serious privacy issues
I had no choice in selecting my provider. She showed up unprepared for every session and read me stock material from an informational worksheet she shared afterward and gave me homework but did not review or follow through on any of it. The app did not follow up with my concerns. It is virtually impossible to get someone from Nourish to address anything except following up for payment. And after collecting all this personal health information, there’s no ability to delete your account directly without getting a hold of someone from the company. Very serious deficiencies with both the business model and privacy protections.Developer Response
