  • Mobile deposit doesn’t work

    I keep updating this app but the mobile deposit feature still does not work. Crashes the app, turns the photo viewer the wrong way and at times just turns the screen white. Old app worked great for this, not sure why we were forced into this one.

  • Glitchy and kicks me out

    This new(ish) app is awful!! It glitches and kicks me out all the time!! I have to sign back in repeatedly. I keeps sending me codes for no reason. I cannot look at any of my statements besides March of 2023. It doesn’t matter which month I click on, it opens March of 2023. The purchase history has no information. Just name and amount. It used to show routing or tracking numbers in the old app. This one shows nothing. Anything purchased from Amazon is listed as “books” I do not understand why they made a new app that gives us less information and is more of a headache. And why is it still having so many issues?! It says this app is 4 years old and y’all still haven’t figured out how to get it to work properly?! Please just let us go back to using the old one. This is frustrating!!

  • Aesthetically convuluted

    I’d love a resource to show how this app is functionally superior. Aesthetically it’s rough. It’s difficult to distinguish between where on account begins and another ends. The color scheme is bland. It feels congested, there is very poor line spacing and has sacrificed simplicity for some implicit functionality that I’ve yet to discover I guess. I prefer the old app.

    Dang, we're sorry to hear your don't like our app! The Credit Union is a financial cooperative, and we built (and designed!) the app from the ground up to provide a better experience for member-owners. Thanks for taking the time to share your opinion.
  • Not user friendly at all

    Please go back to the old app. We tried over and over to transfer money to another one of our UPCU accounts and it just won’t let you. Way too many steps required in this app for everything. You have definitely gone backwards with this app!
  • Doesn’t work well

    The old app function a lot better. I don’t know why but when you switch from one account to another account. It sometimes crashes the app or just spins or just doesn’t change. So I restart it and then try again and it happens over and over. When using the old app switching from one account to another was fluid. And actually function. The same when looking at transactions. It crashes all the time.

  • Way worse

    Absolutely terrible user interface. The previous app worked just fine and now it is unnecessarily complicated and messy. When I pay off my CC it still says payments are still due so that’s also annoying.

  • Bill pay is horrible and app is laggy

    Fix bill pay, all of my bill pay contacts are missing or old after upgrade.

  • Needs more user friendly features

    This new app will not allow me to transfer funds from my account to other UPCU accounts when I click on that option. This was available on the older app.

    Also, other financial institutions allow you to sort withdrawals/deposits by type which make budgeting way easier.

    Being able to quickly flip through months seems to have gone away too.

  • A downgrade

    The new 2024 app is far inferior to the previous app. Harder to navigate, slower, less responsive, transactions only load 5 or 6 entries, and more problems. I much prefer the old app!

  • Not complete

    I used the old app and now this new one. Both are incomplete compared to the website version. This new app doesn’t allow you to add new payees in the bill pay and the list of payees includes long unused payees. Along with this there payee list is incomplete, so I have payees that are no longer needed and can’t remove and payees that are actively needed but aren’t there. This app in my opinion is only good for seeing your accounts and making internal transfers otherwise I use the web version. Developer needs to look at the web version vs this version and bring this app up to the level of the web version.
