I love the information provided on my own customizable profile to help me find a home that I can afford. I also love that I can search for homes and ask my loan officer and agent questions without being solicited to by people I don’t know.
Can’t delete my account
I got an inaccurate home price for my home. Then I tried to actually delete the account I had to set up to get that n had to give them more info info than I already had. Then they said they would get back to me. I hate things u just can’t delete it’s bad business.
Filters do not work. Cannot input my b day
If you input your birthday in the requested format 00/00/0000 you immediately get an error saying it's the wrong format.
The filters do not work. I searched for a manufactured home in Carson, CA with a price range of 50k-500k. ZERO RESULTS.... But on Zillow there's about 65 results for the same criteria.

App crash
This app has never worked for me always saying internal server problem.
Awful
This app is terrible. I can never get the information. There’s always some error. And it’s been that way for months.
Its a neat idea, needs work
Its nice to be able to see your estimated home value and what a refi might be able to do for you. My only qualm is that the home value on the app does not match the home value in the email I receive. Email always tends to be quite a bit higher. Might be due to a latency in how the number updates. If this were fixed it would be a stellar app.

As A Loan Officer I Love This For Clients
Best way to educate anyone who is interested in buying a home on the mortgage process as well as their purchasing power and allow them to search for homes. Not to mention for those current homeowners it is the best financial tool to show them how to make smart financial decisions!
