Login issue

There’s an issue with the login procedure, where it doesn’t handle phone numbers without the country code correctly. It essentially tries to send a verification message to + (xxx) xxx-xxxx. The Passwort reset flow does handle this correctly and does not pretend the +. Due to this, it’s impossible to log into the account, here or on the website.

I downloaded the app and every time I try to sign in I have a problem.. It always states my username or password isn’t correct…I have to access the internet app with the same information to sign in just once and I’m in…

Finally an app

Well designed app in my opinion for managing your policies. I was able to view all my policies, balances, payments, transact history, make payments and see all documents. Everything I would need to do with my policy seems to be doable from the app. It does not take you to the website just to log in but is an actual application interface. Will most likely exclusively use the app and not even need the website.

What a joke

Seriously, they are pretending to celebrate the release of this app, and all it shows is your account totals? What a hilarious pretend ignorance they are displaying by not showing the performance of your asset. Just a total with no context. What a joke.

Hey NYLife, how about you show fees, performance over time, and a comparison of where you show value vs other comparable investments? How you got 35+ positive reviews after just dropping this app 10 years too late, shows how disingenuous this rating system is. You’ve cooked the books! 😂

Not much info here

This app does no more good than simply logging into your account online. This also does NOT furnish any up to date percentage of account movement. It really is a waste of time
