Refund my money
I am writing to respectfully and urgently request a resolution regarding the $500 Apple Card I traded on your platform earlier this evening. Unfortunately, the funds have not been credited cause I was told that the card has been used when itβs your platform I traded it. So how come the card is used? And despite my efforts to contact your customer care team, I have not received any response till now. This situation is deeply concerning, as the card does not belong to me but to a trusted friend who relied on me to complete this transaction. Just as I placed my trust in your platform, I now find myself in a difficult position. I have submitted multiple complaints through your app without any acknowledgment. I kindly request that you address this issue promptly and refund the $500. I hope we can resolve this matter amicably without escalating it further.
