This is really confusing and time consuming going from one to another to find my reading material (oh yeah, forgot to mention: I am paying for this subscription!) Is there a plan to fix it?Itaborá

I got the free trial and forgot about it, now they are charging me every month, and i can’t cancel because im not “subscribed” anybody looking at this, change your product, you are running an illegal service, cancel your subscription for me or i am taking this to the police.tboionthemic

If I could give it 0 stars I would used it for what I needed now it’s trying to charge me every month and it won’t let me cancel the subscription. Completely waste of time to be honest!Commandobear002

Sometimes, it doesn’t open a document. You have to wait and try another time but otherwise good App, lots of material to read on it and on Everand. Hope they fix the issue. ThanksZzzzzzzing111

I liked it better when it was all in one app! Not sure why it changed and now I have more then one. Also it’s not letting me opt out of cookies. It disappeared as soon as I went to click them off !
No longer able to view in app on my iPad. Why do you not support older iPads ? The purpose of having an older one still was to read on it. Now I can’t do that and can’t see on my phone to read. Unwanted Charges That Won’t Stop
Cancelled my Scribd subscription back in November of 2022 through Apple. Received confirmation from Apple that it wouldn’t charge me any further. However, unbeknownst to me, Scribd somehow acquired my credit card info, and restarted charging me every month. It was on a credit card I rarely use and had set to auto-pay, and only noticed recently. It has been a nightmare going back and forth from Apple to Scribd, as both say the other one is at fault. I’m going to have to work through my credit card company and just do a charge back and stop payment. Both Apple and Scribd dropped the ball, and both are making it very difficult to get any refund or at the very least, the charges stopped. Buyers beware!Show lessSarcasmIsNice
