Downloaded, opened the App, clicked the button to get an image, selected it and… NOTHING! NO image displayed and NO convert button!

I selected the JFIF file and the app did nothing. Tried several times and tried with JFIF saved in both icloud and local. Doesn’t work

The app wouldn’t let me do anything - I would select a photo and then it would disappear.
Doesn’t work just displays ads and won’t convert even after selecting the Jiff.
Selecting the file after opening the file browser does nothing, though they seem to get ad revenue.
