Not convenience or useful
I need you guys to figure it out. I have my entire family’s physical cards loaded onto my online account. It does not show on the app. A transit app is functionally useless if you can’t just open it up and see your fare cards immediately. I shouldn’t have to navigate to a browser and login with my email to see the amounts on them and then back out to the app which still shows nothing. It’s also not easy to transfer amounts from the old sunrail cards. The option is not obvious at all. It can’t be this hard to make a simple app that works. People do it all the time.Thank You SunRail!!
