So I used to use another persons face workout app. Her website had compiled 10 minute videos for every day. It’s hard to know with this app what I should be doing every day. Each exercise says to do one to three times a day. I can’t do the whole app one to three times a day, I don’t know what to do every day. Do I do my own thing, do I figure out what I need to work on the most? I wish I had some more guidance using this app. Of course being a busy mom I fell off of doing the exercises and it has been 3 years already and I just feel like over the course of the three months that I did it didn’t really do much to my face and so that is also another reason why I didn’t go back to doing the other exercises. I also wish this app had sound with all of its videos, only the daily exercises and the new facial chiropractic has sound. It makes it hard to do facial exercises when I’m constantly looking down at my phone reading and trying to learn the exercises at the same time. Please can there be a vocal explanation with all of your videos? Thank you.
