Charged but order didn’t go through.
Ordered through the app. Order went through Apple Pay, and I was charged. Store didn’t get the order. Waited at store for an hour for them to make the food. Store is aware of this issue as a frequent one.
Where the flaw is, they aren’t sure. Seems like a failure with Apple and the restaurant.Gmoneydrum

Great burgers, great app!!
Incredibly easy to use, super helpful when ordering for my big fam and wanting to just pick up in store. Some issues early on, but they seem to have sorted those out over time.
Loyalty rewards are a nice addition, I just need to start actually using them and saving some cheddar, bahaha.djtanner1003

Got in a kind of heated one with this dumb kid behind the counter. He told me there is no special instructions field on the app. So I just started ordering on it in front of him and showed him THE WORTHLESS SPOT THAT CANT BE READ. He didn’t like being wrong but really the customer loses here. The food is fine but the app and the customer service attitude needs a lot of work.Show lessbluemeanieface
Keychain incompatibility
I am unable to add my credentials for this app to my keychain in my apple products, rendering use of this app as cumbersome.Little MN Player
