  • Hate the new changes

    I used to be able to find things on the App easily, but not anymore. I can’t find the barcode so I can have the cashier scan it at the register. Also, I seem to be stuck in the “shopping “ part of the app. I don’t want to enter an order for delivery or pickup. I just want to see what’s on sale this week and find my barcode for the cashier.

    I’m going to try and delete and reinstall the App and if that doesn’t work, forget it, I’ll just delete it for good.

    Very Frustrating. I liked it the way it was.

  • New redesign is horrible

    Absolutely loved the previous version of the app - worked incredibly well for finding items and ordering online. The new update required a new login and all previous orders are no more. On top of that the “virtual ad” doesn’t correspond with the items, and it says to add them to the cart to add a note. A note of what? It took over three hours to add in all of our items for what used to take 30 minutes. On top of that the extras barcode doesn’t work in store, so what’s the point of being a member, or long time member? We used to be weekly shoppers at Lunds, but this new app update is forcing us to consider alternative stores that facilitate a better and speedier shopping experience. Bring back the old app, or do a complete overhaul of this new experience — or lack thereof.

  • Extremely disappointed

    I echo the same/similar sentiment of all the other user reviews since the app “upgrade” that occurred in May 2024 - disappointed. For years the app was top notch in nearly all aspects. It was my favorite app out of the 5-7 grocery stores that are all within the the same distance from me. Now it’s my least favorite app and I’d go as far to say that it’ll probably result in me going to Lunds less often. Which historically has been 80-90% of my shopping. I hope they saved money on this new shopping site because it might be necessary to offset business lost.
